We have been doing Sunmagic’s trade and consumer PR since 2013, with an initial brief to position Sunmagic as the most comprehensive branded range of flavours and sizes of fruit juices, smoothies and juice drinks in the UK, support its current listings and help generate new ones, and encourage consumer trial and purchase.
While Sunmagic is a large brand (now worth £25m), when we started doing the brand’s PR not many people had heard of it. Building its profile was therefore key; we must be doing something right as Sunmagic is now a well-known brand within the soft drinks industry. We have now started to do the PR for two other drinks brands which are part of the same group as Sunmagic: The Village Press range of freshly-squeezed juices, and Hydra, a range of healthy soft drinks for children.
